Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Cryo+Lymphatic Massage.

Most clients need 4-8 sessions spaced one to two weeks apart, depending on target area and goals. During consult we create a personalized plan and monitor progress; visible improvements often emerge after several treatments as the body processes treated fat cells.

Treatments are generally well tolerated. Cryotherapy can cause intense cold sensation and mild discomfort during application, while lymphatic massage feels gentle and soothing. Any temporary numbness, sensitivity, or redness usually resolves within days; we adjust settings for your comfort.

Sessions typically last 45–90 minutes, depending on treated areas and combination protocol. Cryotherapy cycles take part of the time, followed by a lymphatic massage. Your provider will outline exact duration during your consultation and customize timing for best results.

Common side effects include temporary redness, bruising, numbness, or mild swelling in treated areas. These resolve within days to weeks. Serious complications are rare. Inform us of medical history and medications to ensure safety and appropriate treatment adjustments.

Ideal candidates are adults near their goal weight with localized fat pockets and realistic expectations. Not intended for significant weight loss or those with cold-sensitivity conditions, pregnancy, active infections, or certain medical implants. A consultation screens suitability and creates a tailored plan.

You may notice mild contour changes within two to four weeks, with more visible reduction after six to twelve weeks as the body clears damaged fat. Results vary; maintenance, healthy lifestyle, and follow-up sessions improve and sustain outcomes.
