Get answers to common questions about Volume 1Wk Fill.
A Volume 1Wk Fill is scheduled one week after your full set to replace shed extensions and restore density. Expect a 30 to 45 minute session. Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products before your appointment.
When applied and maintained properly by our certified technicians, Volume 1Wk Fills are gentle on natural lashes. We use lightweight fans and safe adhesives to minimize strain. Proper aftercare and regular fills help prevent premature breakage and support lash health long-term.
Typically a Volume 1Wk Fill takes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on retention and how many extensions need replacing. If significant gaps or imbalance exist, your technician will recommend a longer session or a full reapplication for best results.
Avoid eye makeup, mascara, and oil-based products for at least 24 to 48 hours after your Volume 1Wk Fill to allow adhesive to cure fully. After that, use water-based cosmetics and gentle removal techniques to preserve extensions and prolong retention.
It’s normal to lose a small portion of extensions—roughly 10–30%—by the one week mark due to natural lash shedding. If you notice larger gaps or unevenness, book an assessment; we’ll advise whether a fill or a full refresh is the better option.
Avoid water, steam and heavy exercise for 24 hours so adhesive cures. Don’t use oil-based products, rub eyes, or wear mascara. Clean lashes daily with a lash cleanser, gently brush with a spoolie, and schedule regular fills to maintain optimal volume and lash health.
