Upper Face HIFU targets forehead skin, brows and temples to lift sagging tissue, reduce forehead lines and hooding. Focused ultrasound heats deep layers to stimulate collagen, tightening skin and improving texture without surgery, preserving natural expressions.
A typical session lasts 30–45 minutes depending on treatment area and individual concerns. Appointment includes consultation and skin mapping; the actual energy passes are efficient, allowing you to return to normal activities immediately with no prolonged clinic time.
Most clients feel brief warmth or mild snapping sensations during treatment; discomfort is generally tolerable. Topical numbing or breaks can be provided. Afterward you may experience mild redness or swelling for a day or two, but recovery is fast and requires minimal care.
Some tightening may be visible immediately, but optimal results develop gradually as collagen remodels. You’ll notice progressive improvement over 6–12 weeks, with continued lifting and firmer skin up to three to six months after treatment.
Many clients achieve noticeable lifting with a single session, especially for mild to moderate concerns. Depending on age, skin quality, and goals, maintenance or touch-up treatments every 12–18 months may be recommended to sustain collagen and results.
HIFU is generally safe; temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, or rare numbness can occur. More serious complications are uncommon. Not suitable for pregnancy, active infections, certain implants, or open wounds. A medical screening during consultation identifies any contraindications.
