Frequently Asked Questions

Get answers to common questions about Microblading Brows.

Microblading typically lasts 12–18 months, though longevity varies with skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. A color-boost touch-up is recommended around 6–12 months, and a full refresh every 12–18 months helps maintain optimal crispness and definition.

Most clients feel minimal discomfort; topical numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure for comfort. We use gentle techniques and allow time for numbing to take effect, making the experience well-tolerated for nearly all clients.

Ideal candidates have sparse, uneven, or over-plucked brows and seek natural-looking fullness. Not suitable if pregnant, breastfeeding, on certain medications, or with active skin infections—consultation and health review determine final candidacy.

Avoid blood-thinning medications, alcohol, intense sun, and Botox 24–48 hours before your session. Arrive with clean skin and no brow makeup. We’ll perform consultation and mapping to design your custom brow shape prior to microblading.

Side effects are usually mild—temporary redness, swelling, or scabbing during healing. Infection and pigment issues are rare when aftercare is followed; we adhere to strict hygiene standards and provide detailed care instructions to minimize risks.

Keep brows dry for the first week, avoid heavy sweating, sun exposure, and swimming. Apply recommended ointment sparingly, avoid picking scabs, and schedule your follow-up touch-up to ensure optimal pigment retention and natural-looking results.
