Get answers to common questions about 3 Tr Neck.
3 Tr Neck is a three-session fractional radiofrequency resurfacing using Venus VIVA MD to rejuvenate neck skin. It delivers controlled micro-injuries that stimulate collagen, reduce texture and pigmentation, and tighten tissue. Sessions are spaced for optimal healing and visible cumulative results.
Each session usually takes 30 to 45 minutes, depending on treatment area and settings. Preparation and post-treatment instructions may add time, but the in-device treatment is efficient for busy schedules and fits into a lunchtime appointment.
The 3 Tr Neck package consists of three treatments, typically scheduled four to six weeks apart. This spacing allows skin to heal and collagen to build between sessions, maximizing tightening and resurfacing outcomes while monitoring progress and adjusting energy settings.
Most patients experience mild to moderate discomfort during treatment, often described as heat and brief pinprick sensations. Topical numbing is applied for comfort. Expect redness and mild swelling that diminish within days; complete recovery varies but is generally quick.
After the three sessions, expect improved neck skin texture, reduced fine lines, diminished sun damage and pigmentation, and noticeable tightening. Results develop gradually over weeks as collagen remodels, with optimal improvement visible three to six months post-treatment.
Temporary redness, swelling, mild crusting or pigmentation changes can occur. Contraindications include active infection, recent isotretinoin use, pregnancy, and certain autoimmune conditions. A consultation and medical history review identify suitability and minimize risks.
